To impart skills and knowledge to help current industry professionals succeed in a supervisory role in the hotel and accommodation services sector, particularly in the area of front office operations.

- Supervise Staff - 40 hours
- Implement Continual Improvements in Service Delivery - 30 hours
- Monitor Front Office/Guest Service Operations - 36 hours
- Monitor Income and Expenses - 24 hours
- Implement Loss Prevention - 10 hours
- Conduct Orientation and Training - 32 hours
- Monitor Reservation Services - 24 hours
- Monitor Bell Services - 16 hours
- Monitor Concierge Services - 36 hours
Program is available on individual unit basis.
Certification
Upon successful completion of each course unit, participants will be awarded with a WSQ Statement of Attainment. Participants who successfully complete all nine units in the course outline above will be awarded with a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Hotel & Accommodation Services.

Admission Criteria
- GCE 'O' Level with a credit in English; or
- ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (Level 6); and
- Candidate should have at least one year of supervisory experience or has displayed potential to succeed in a supervisory role
